Where is my data stored?+
Your vacation data is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal Apple iCloud account (CloudKit). We never store your trip data on our servers.
How do I share a trip with someone?+
Open your trip, tap the share icon in the top right corner, and invite your travel companion. They'll need an iCloud account and the Cabana app installed.
Can I use Cabana offline?+
Yes! Your trip timeline, packing lists, documents, and all other data is available offline. Some features like AI planning and hotel search require an internet connection.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?+
Go to iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Cabana Trips, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your data will remain accessible — you'll just lose Premium features.
The AI planner gave me incorrect information. What should I do?+
AI-generated content can sometimes be inaccurate. Always verify critical details like opening hours, prices, and visa requirements directly with the service provider. You can report issues to us at support@cabanatrips.com.
How do I delete my data?+
You can delete individual trips within the app, or manage your iCloud storage through your device settings. Since we don't store your data, deletion through the app or iCloud is permanent.
Is Cabana available on Android?+
Currently Cabana is available on iOS and the web. We're focused on making these platforms the best they can be. Android support may come in the future.
